In the rare case where a deposit takes longer (typically no more than 10 minutes), this may be due to a delay on the bank's end. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal Funds

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved. For VIP members, withdrawals are prioritized and processed faster. Actual timeframes may vary depending on your bank's processing times, especially on weekends and public holidays.

NECO4D does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. You receive the full amount requested with no hidden deductions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own internal charges — this is beyond our control and depends on your financial institution's policies.

A withdrawal may be rejected for several reasons:
  • KYC verification is incomplete or documents are invalid
  • Bonus wagering requirement has not been met
  • The bank account information entered is incorrect
  • Suspicious account activity is being investigated

Promotions & Bonus

New NECO4D members are eligible to receive exclusive welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is automatically credited to your account once the first deposit is successfully processed. Wagering requirement or rollover means you need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it. For example, if a RM100 bonus has a 20x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM2,000 before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. In general, only one active promotion allowed at any one time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms. However, some promotions are designed to be combined — for example, a daily promotion and a weekly cashback offer. Check the individual terms on the Promotions page to be sure.
